Every butcher has his own special recipe for making the perfect boerewors. Mincemeat, fat, spices, vinegar and chilly all there are some of the things that go into a good braai wors. Too much fat and the wors builds up the flames and burns, so each ingredient must be in the perfect quantity. At Caterlogic big or small we have a sausage filler to help you make the best wors for your customers. Our sausage fillers come in various sizes ranging from 3lt up to 12lt sausage fillers. Easy to use, dual speed hand operated fillers are the most common choice, but we also have hydraulic sausage fillers that provide ease of operation to the butcher.
