Gas Cookers / Boiling tables

As usual Caterlogic offers an effective budget friendly solution for all spectrums of the market. In line with this, for gas cookers we have both an Econo and a delux range. The Econo cookers/boiling tables offer a cheaper option for a small scale or start up kitchen. These boiling tables come standard with drip trays and mild steel grates. The delux range is made from a more robust construction and is designed for high volume kitchens that are constantly busy. Gas cookers / boiling tables provide a suitable alternative to electric solid plate stoves that are large, not easily movable and more costly in terms of power consumption. In addition to this there is a choice between straight and staggered. Straight boiling tables are designed for bulk cooking, pots up to 50Lt or more and staggered cookers are more suitable for pan frying or small pots.
