We can manufacture any size of extraction to suit your budget and needs in either stainless steel or galvanised.

South African law states that all steam generating equipment must be extracted. This means fryers, grillers, ovens, oil jacket pots, gas stoves and range ovens all fall under the category of equipment that is required by law to be extracted. Considering how important this is to a kitchen at Caterlogic we have designed a number of extraction systems to cater for different kinds of business sizes. We have smaller sizes for a start-up fish and chips or a larger extraction for a big capacity restaurant / canteen. In addition to these standard sizes we are able to design and manufacture an extraction system to your exact needs including the ducting route and fan size. Canopy’s can either be made from galvanised steel or for a stronger more durable option in stainless steel.
