Table model, floor model, gas or electric fryers single or double we have them all for you to choose from. A fryer is an important part of any business as chips, fish, russians, viennas and polony are frequent items on the menu in any South African take away. One has to choose the correct size fryer to suit yor application. An over sized fryer will consume more power than necessary, and an under sized fryer means you cant keep up with demand for chips, russians and fish etc. where space is of concern one can choose a table model fryer.
